In the report of the intelligence services
claims , that the White House
was trying to restrict access to all records of the telephone conversation with
Ukrainian President Trump Vladimir Zelensky.
The report claims that Trump used his official powers to get a foreign state to
intervene in the 2020 presidential election.
This
is a July telephone conversation between the American leader and Ukrainian
President Vladimir Zelensky - an intelligence official writes that during the
conversation, Trump tried to force Zelensky to organize an investigation
against his political rival, former U.S. vice president Joe Biden and his son
Hunter (Biden could be the main rival Trump in the election).
The
complaint also says that the White House tried to hide the official transcript
of this conversation by placing it in an electronic repository with classified
documents.
The
intelligence officer (his name is not disclosed) claims that shortly after the call,
U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Walker and U.S. Permanent
Representative to the EU Gordon Sondland met Zelensky to give him and other
country officials instructions on how to proceed.
The
author of the complaint notes that he was not an eyewitness to the events and
received information "from many American officials."
This
report was the reason for the impeachment proceedings against Trump. The
document became known on September 19 from the publication of Washington
Post. Later, other American media reported that the head of the US
National Intelligence Agency, Joseph Maguire, for a long time refused to
forward this complaint to the US Congress.
It was also reported that Trump
allegedly promised to resume the allocation of $ 250 million in military
assistance to Ukraine if Zelensky resumes the investigation against Biden.
On
September 24, the U.S. House of Representatives began impeaching the
president. On the same day, the White House published a transcript
of Trump’s conversation with Zelensky.
